What should be achieved?

The staff in your company have the option to create and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional staff are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the best format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in certain dimensions and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can simply be read from the employee ID. The employee data collected in this way are then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be displayed.

Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed at a specified position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional extension.
The image output can happen in several sizes at the same time.
So you always have the ideal photo for
WhatsApp & Co, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, XING, Facebook
etc. ready.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with logos and / or the name and position of the employee are immediately shown on the picture.

How does the employee get the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can enjoy the new photos, there are three different ways for staff to choose from to receive their image digitally.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download the original recording as well as the various formats for the various target systems.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobox provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the photo booth.

The cost frame

The price for purchasing a photo box optimized in this way starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and is worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the possibility to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased immediately.

Customer ratings
