The staff photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.

How does the employee get his picture?

- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photobox provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can load their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the different versions for the various target systems.
