It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your staff the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically optimized to the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several sizes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be set up with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo.

After the photo of the employee picture, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined position.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved image with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the connection.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional extension.

How does the staff get their photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new images, the staff can choose between three different ways to get their image as a file.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
