The use of a photo box for employee photos

The staff in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your staff the option to fully identify themselves at any time with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in many shapes and aspect ratios.

The solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be set up with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or various backrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also located, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.

The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the in-house employee data set takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place synchronously in different dimensions.

How does the photographed person get his picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new recordings, the staff can choose between three different ways to get their photo as a file.

1. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is then sent to the employee's email address.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the staff can use to download the original photo and the various versions for the different target systems.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is taken over immediately.
