What should be achieved?

The employees in your company are given the option to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the best format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data collected in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.

After the photo of the employee's picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or more backrounds specified by you. In the same way, the head is located for every photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the connection.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can happen in several sizes at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be immediately visible on the picture.

How does the employee get the photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, the employee has three different options for receiving his photo as a file.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobox provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's email address.
