What should be achieved?

The staff photos are automatically cut to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many shapes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the required steps on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read in directly from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the connection.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.

How does the employee get his picture?

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the workforce has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to load their original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo will be sent to the employee's email address immediately.

Other possible uses
