What should be achieved?

The field staff in your company get the opportunity to photograph and/or update their own employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not required on site.
You give your staff the chance to identify themselves completely around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos can be automatically optimized to the best format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in various dimensions and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit in front of the photobooth, similar to the photo booth, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen and as an input terminal for the necessary information, e.g. B. Employee ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way is then subsequently part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be displayed.

After photographing the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or several backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned in a defined position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved image and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the image. We would be happy to help your IT department define the import interface.

As an extra option, a biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can happen simultaneously in several formats.
So you always have the right photo for
Facebook, XING, Twitter, WhatsApp & Co
etc. at hand.

Logically, each file can also be “branded” with company logos and/or the employee's name and position can be directly visible on the image.

How does the employee get the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the sales representative to choose from to get his picture as a file.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN, which the sales representative must dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the field worker can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the field service employee can use to load his original recording and the various formats for the various target systems.

Further deployment options

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

• Use at sales force parties (summer party, Christmas party ...}
• Photos of groups of visitors, e.g. after a tour
• Use at trade fairs to issue personalized “flyers”
• Employee photos (as already explained)
• Production of biometric passport photos and ID photos

The need for investment

The investment for the purchase of a photobooth perfected in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and pays off for organizations with around 100 or more employees.
Of course, there is also the opportunity to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased immediately.

Customer ratings

Since the implementation of the system in 2019, two photo boxes have been permanently installed in this country and in Zurich.
