What should be achieved?
The field service employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional employees on site.
You give your workforce the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the ideal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in multiple dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Personal identification, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured so that the data can be read out directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as options.
The image output can take place simultaneously in different forms.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with company logos and / or the name and position of the employee are immediately on the picture.

How does the employee get the picture?

- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides a private WLAN that the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photobox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the sales representative can use to download the original photo and the different formats for the different target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
Additional uses
To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The need for investment

Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the later purchase if the system is taken over immediately.
