What should be achieved?

The field service employees in your company have the option of taking their own employee photo and / or bringing it up to date at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to fully identify themselves at any time with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the optimum format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the required steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined point.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place in several sizes at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be immediately visible on the picture.

How does the employee get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for field staff to receive their photos digitally.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to copy down his or her original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.

To make the most of your investment, you have the following options:

The cost frame

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is kept directly.
