The mission goal

The field service employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to fully identify themselves at any time with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently cut to the optimal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo can also be set up.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also found for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the photographed image and the internal employee data set via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can be done in several formats at the same time.

etc. at hand.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” by means of a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be immediately visible on the picture.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new photos, the sales representative can choose between three different ways to receive his picture as a file.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the sales representative can use to download his or her original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.

Of course, there is also the opportunity to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is purchased directly.
