2. Construction of a 360 ° video system
   For larger parties (500 participants or more), a second identical system is available from our partner under identical conditions. It usually takes around 30 seconds from the start of the recording to the display of the generated clip. The phase that visitors need to prepare and the number of “takes” that a user wants can hardly be predicted. However, on average you can expect a cycle time of approx. 2.5 minutes. The space required is approx. 4×4 meters. All you need is a 230V power connection in the immediate vicinity.

   The exclusive stainless steel columns also serve as a people guidance system (also with LED strip lights). This ensures safe operation of the 360° video booth even in dark ambient light.

If you would like the video to be sent via email, please let us know your subject, the text for the email and your desired signature. For this option, sufficiently fast WiFi must be provided on site.
8. Copy of all videos for you as the client
   As proof of our campaign, you as the client will receive all the movies in their original version as well as in the edited version immediately after the party.
9. The system operator
   Every system is only as good as the person who maintains it. Our system operator is not only responsible for the technical process. He also takes care of the motivation of the participants and serves as a source of ideas if a bit of “inventiveness” is desired on the video booth.
10. Archiving the video data
    Upon request, we can archive the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted archive system.

12. GDPR compliant download for guests
    Our unique download system ensures that each visitor only has access to their video or videos. In return, every person on the platform receives a card with a pre-printed random download key. This code then matches exactly this video.
