The field service employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your staff the option to always identify themselves to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the ideal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various sizes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read out directly from the employee ID. The information collected in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.
Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the photographed image and the in-house employee data record via the name of the image. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in various forms at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with company logos and / or the name and position of the employee will also be visible on the picture.

How do the staff get their picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory does not alone get the new photos, the sales representative can choose between three different ways to receive his photo as a file.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's mailbox.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the sales representative can use to download the original recording and the various versions for the various target systems.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WLAN which the sales representative must dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where the sales representative can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept immediately.
