The field staff in your company have the opportunity to take their own employee photo and/or update it at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the dining room or company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your staff the chance to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adjusted to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and saved in many formats and aspect ratios if desired.
Our proposed solution
You can place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo booth and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the display, just like with the photo booth.
The monitor serves as a touch screen and as an input terminal for the required data, e.g. B. ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be set up with a sharing option for internal/external use of the image.
After the employee photo has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or many backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the stored image and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can be done in different formats at the same time.

Logically, each file can also be “branded” with the help of the logo and/or the employee's name and position can be immediately visible on the image.

How does the employee get the photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can enjoy the new pictures, there are three different ways for the sales representative to get his picture digitally.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the captured photo will be sent immediately to the employee's email address.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to download his original photo and the various formats for the different target systems.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN that the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the sales representative can copy his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The cost frame
The investment for the purchase of a photo box optimized in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the possibility of trying out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is taken over directly.
