The use of a photo box for employee photos

The field service employees in your company have the option of creating and / or updating their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).

You give your employees the chance to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently optimized to the best possible format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in several shapes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees will sit in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.

2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the field service employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
