The use of a photo box for employee photos
The workforce in your company has the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your staff the option to always identify themselves to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently optimized to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the required actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The employee data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be set up with a release option for internal / external use of the recording.
Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and placed at a specified position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in many dimensions at the same time.

How does the photographed person get their photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the workforce to choose to receive their picture as a file.

The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the workforce can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the various target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides its own WLAN that the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the staff can save their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
