What should be achieved?

You give your employees the chance to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently optimized to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The data collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.
After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or many of the backrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.
The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the connection.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an option.
The image output can happen in different dimensions at the same time.

How do the staff get their picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new images, the workforce can choose between three different ways to receive their photo as a file.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to copy down their original photo and the different versions for the various target systems.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides its own WLAN that the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased immediately.
