The use of a photo box for employee photos

The solution
You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the required steps on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.
Following the recording of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more background settings you specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides a private WiFi which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the Photo Box. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email address.
