The staff photos are automatically cut to the optimal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various versions for the various target systems.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
