One possible solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo booth like in a passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.

How does the employee get their photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new recordings, there are three different ways for employees to get their photo as a file.

  1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
    The photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
    At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can copy their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
  2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
    In this case, the captured photo will be sent immediately to the employee's email address.
  3. Download from an online gallery
    At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
