What should be achieved?

The personal photos are automatically adjusted to the optimal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in a number of dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo booth like in a passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read out immediately from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the image.
After photographing the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head is also identified for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned in a specified position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the picture is used to compare the picture taken with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.

How does the employee get their photo?

- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can copy their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
