The mission goal

The staff in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their own employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not required on site.
You give your staff the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos can be automatically optimized to the right format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in several formats and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen, similar to the photo booth.

The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information, e.g. B. ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data is read directly from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way is later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be set up with a checkbox for internal/external use of the image.

After the photograph of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or several backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also identified, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (eg square for the Active Directory). A comparison between the photographed portrait and the in-house employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department define the connection.

A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place simultaneously in different dimensions.

etc. ready.

Of course, each file can also be "personalized" with the company logo and/or the designation and position of the employee will be visible directly on the image.

How does the photographed person get his picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the staff to choose to get their photo digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobox provides a private WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which staff can save their images. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo will be sent directly to the employee's email address.

Other deployment options

In order to make the best possible use of your investment, you have the following options:

The need for investment

The investment for the purchase of a photo box optimized in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and pays off for organizations with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is purchased immediately.
