What should be achieved?

The employees in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra staff on site.
You give your staff the chance to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their own employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in several formats and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be set up so that the data can be read in immediately from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be set up with a release option for internal / external use of the photo.

After the photo of the employee's picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the photo taken and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place at the same time in different dimensions.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can enjoy the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his picture as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his or her original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo will be sent immediately to the employee's email address.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.

Additional uses

In order to make the best possible use of the acquisition, you have the following options:

• Production of biometric passport photos and ID photos
• Employee photos (as described above)
• Use at trade fairs to create personalized “flyers”
• Pictures of groups of visitors, e.g. after a presentation

The need for investment

The investment for the acquisition of such a perfected photo box starts at approx. 4,400 € plus VAT and is worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the option to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is kept directly.

Customer ratings
