The mission goal
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the dining room or company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not required on site.
You give your employees the chance to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically optimized to the ideal format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in certain shapes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the personnel department, at the ID office or at reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photobooth in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read directly from the business card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal/external use of the image.
After the employee picture has been photographed, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or many backgrounds specified by you. The head is also identified for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined point on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio you describe (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the photographed portrait and the internal employee data record via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can happen in several formats at the same time.

How does the staff get their photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose from to receive his photo as a file.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email address.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to download their original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The Photobooth provides a private WLAN which the employee must dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code will appear on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

Of course, there is also the possibility to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased immediately.
