What should be achieved?

You give your employees the chance to identify themselves completely around the clock with their own employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the appropriate format, freed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way will later become a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.

After the photo of the employee has been photographed, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or various background settings you have specified. The head of each photo is also located, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department define the interface.

How did the staff get the photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new images, there are three different ways for employees to receive their image as a file.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's inbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
