What should be achieved?

One possible solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way will later become a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How did the staff get the photo?

At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
