The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at a location that changes at regular intervals (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra staff is not needed on site.

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees are allowed to sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Personal identification, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the recording.
Following the recording of the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or different background settings you specified. The head is also found for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined location.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the import interface.

How does the employee get the photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new recordings, there are three different ways for employees to receive their picture as a file.
- Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is then sent to the employee's e-mail inbox.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery where the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the different sizes for the different target systems.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased directly.
