Our proposed solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit in front of the photo box, similar to the photo booth, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be set up with a release option for internal / external use of the image.
After the photograph of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or many backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (eg square for the Active Directory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can happen in different dimensions at the same time.

How did the staff get the photo?
To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory alone does not get hold of the new photos, there are three different ways for staff to get their photo digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to load their original recording and the different formats for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email address. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN that the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which staff can save their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

Of course, there is also the option to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is purchased immediately.
