The solution

You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the required steps on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read out directly from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the image can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. In the same way, the head is determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.

The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved portrait and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.

A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.

How does the employee get his photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, the employee has three different options to get his photo as a file.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can copy down his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's inbox.
