For large events (from 500 participants) a second identical system is available through our cooperation partner under the same conditions. It usually takes about 30 seconds from the starting point of the recording to the display of the produced film. The phase that guests need in preparation and the number of "recordings" that a guest wants can only be forecast with difficulty. On average, however, one can assume a sequence duration of approx. 2-3 minutes. The space requirement is approx. 4 × 4 meters. A 230V power connection is needed in the immediate vicinity. - The system operator
Every event module is only as good as the person accompanying it. Our system operator is responsible for the technical process. He also takes care of the motivation of the participants and serves as a source of ideas if something “creativity” is desired on the 360 ° booth. - Archiving the video data
On request, we can archive the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted offline archive system.
In addition to the GDPR-compliant online gallery, it is also possible to send e-mails on site using the operator's tablet. If you want the video to be sent by e-mail, please let us know your subject, the body text for the e-mail message and your desired signature. For this option, a sufficiently fast WLAN must be made available on site.
