The mission goal

The employees in your company have the option of creating and/or updating the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to fully identify themselves at any time with their own employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photobooth in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read directly from the business card. The data recorded in this way is then subsequently an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be set up with a sharing option for internal/external use of the image.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or many backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head is located for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the picture is used to compare the picture taken and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the connection.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional extension.
The image output can happen in various formats at the same time.
So you always have the perfect photo for
Twitter, WhatsApp & Co, XING, Outlook, the CRM system, Instagram, Facebook
etc. ready.

Of course, each file can also be "personalized" with logos and/or the name and position of the employee will be visible directly on the image.

How does the staff get their photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can benefit from the new recordings, there are three different ways for the company employees to choose from to also receive their picture as a file.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the company employees can use to download their original photo and the various sizes for the different target systems.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.

Alternative deployment options

In order to make the best possible use of your investment, you have the following options:

The cost frame

The investment for the purchase of such a perfected photo box starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and pays off for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the option to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept immediately.
