What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves completely around the clock with their own employee photo.
The personnel photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photo booth perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo can also be displayed.
Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or many backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.
The recording will be saved in a size and aspect ratio that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the photo taken and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image can be output in several dimensions at the same time.
So you always have the right photo for

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee will appear on the picture.

How does the employee get the picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory do not alone get the new photos, employees have three different ways to choose to receive their picture as a file.

The Photobox provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which employees can upload their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load the original recording as well as the different formats for the various target systems.
Further deployment options
In order to make the best possible use of the acquisition, you have the following options:

The need for investment

Of course, there is also the opportunity to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased immediately.
