What should be achieved?

The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at periodically alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the opportunity to identify themselves completely around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos are automatically adapted to the appropriate format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

The solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read directly from the business card. The employee data collected in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal/external use of the employee portrait can also be displayed.

After the employee portrait has been photographed, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is determined, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and format specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the file is used to compare the photograph taken with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the interface.

As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place in various formats at the same time.
So you always have the right photo for
WhatsApp & Co, Twitter, LinkedIn, Outlook, Instagram, XING, the CRM system, Facebook
etc. at hand.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee will be immediately visible on the image.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can enjoy the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his photo digitally.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his original photo and the various formats for the different target systems.

Other deployment options

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

• Photo attraction at customer events & meetings

The need for investment

The investment for the purchase of a photo box adapted in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and pays off for organizations with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the later purchase if the photo box is bought immediately.

Customer ratings

Since the system was implemented in 2019, two systems have been permanently installed in Germany and Zurich.
