The mission goal
The employees in your company have the option of creating and / or updating the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at a location that changes at regular intervals (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the option to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adjusted to the optimal format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in various formats and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You can place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the photo of the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or more of the background settings you have specified. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified position.
The recording is saved in a size and format determined by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the photographed photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. How does the employee get their photo?

The Photo Box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
