What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
This gives your staff the option to always fully identify themselves with their individual employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically optimized to the best possible format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the cafeteria, at the ID office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photobooth in a similar way to a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can simply be read from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal/external use of the photo.
After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the image can be automatically replaced with one or several backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is identified, scaled to a specified size and placed at a defined point on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra option.
The image output can take place in various forms at the same time.

Logically, each file can also be “branded” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be directly on the picture.

How does the staff get their photo?

- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobox provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery where the employee can load his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his original photo and the various formats for the various target systems. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the captured photo will be sent directly to the employee's email inbox.

Of course, there is also the opportunity to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is taken over immediately.
