The staff photos are automatically optimized to the appropriate format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You place a photo booth perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way are then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo can also be displayed.

After the photo of the employee's picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an option.
The image output can take place in various dimensions at the same time.
So you always have the ideal photo for
the CRM system, Facebook, XING, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp & Co
etc. ready.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee are directly visible on the picture.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new recordings, the employee can choose between three different ways to receive his photo digitally.

  1. Download from an online gallery
    At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the different sizes for the different target systems.
  2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
    The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
    At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can upload his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
  3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
    The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
