The use of a photo box for employee photos

A suggested solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.

There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the recorded portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the connection.

How does the employee get the picture?

    At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photobox.
