What should be achieved?

The employees in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your staff the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photo booth perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can be read in directly from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.

Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.

The photo is saved in a size and format defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the photographed image and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the interface.

As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place in different dimensions at the same time.
So you always have the ideal photo for
the CRM system, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp & Co, Outlook, XING, Twitter, Facebook
etc. within easy reach.

Logically, each file can also be “personalized” by means of a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be immediately visible on the picture.

How does the employee get the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his photo digitally.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email address.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the various target systems.

Additional uses

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

• Photos of groups of visitors, e.g. after a tour

The need for investment

The investment for purchasing a photo box optimized in this way starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and is worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is retained.
