What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to take their personal employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that no extra personnel is needed on site.
You give your staff the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then later an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the image can also be displayed.
After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place simultaneously to some extent.

How does the photographed person get the picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new images, there are three different ways for employees to receive their images digitally.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original image and the various versions for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
