The use of a photo box for employee photos
The field service employees in your company have the option of creating and / or updating their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).

You give your employees the opportunity to fully identify themselves at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently cut to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several shapes and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way are then subsequently an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.
Following the recording of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined point.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photo taken and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the import interface.

How does the employee get the photo?

- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobooth provides a private WLAN which the sales representative must dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the sales representative can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.

At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to copy down his or her original photo and the various formats for the different target systems.
