One possible solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photobooth in a similar way to a passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the employee get his photo?

At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the different formats for the different target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can load their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
