The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your teams the chance to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically cut to the ideal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You can place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How do the staff get their picture?

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original recording and the different versions for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides a private WLAN into which the employee has to dial in.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
