The use of a photo box for employee photos

One possible solution
You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will sit in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How did the staff come to the picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not get the new recordings, there are three different ways for employees to get their picture as a file.

At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
