You give your staff the opportunity to identify themselves 100% with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in various formats and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to the passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the in-house employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as options.
The image output can take place in parallel in different dimensions.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email address.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can save his or her recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the Photo Box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the different versions for the various target systems.
