The mission goal
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to always fully identify themselves with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID. The employee data recorded in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be set up with a release option for internal / external use of the recording.
After the photo of the employee's picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or many background settings you have specified. Likewise, the head of each photo is found, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified position.
The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photo taken and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place synchronously in many dimensions.

How does the photographed person get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his picture digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his or her original recording as well as the various versions for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this route only takes place in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

The need for investment
The price for buying a photo booth adapted in this way starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and is worthwhile for organizations with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the option to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is purchased immediately.
