The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at periodically alternating locations (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the chance to identify themselves completely around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The personal photos can be automatically optimized to the ideal format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit in front of the photo box, just like with a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as e.g. B. Employee ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be programmed in such a way that the data is immediately read from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way is later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.

After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is located, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (eg square for the Active Directory). The file name is used to compare the saved photo with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional extension.
The image output can happen simultaneously in many sizes.
So you always have the best possible photo for
Facebook, the CRM system, Twitter, Outlook, LinkedIn
etc. at hand.

Of course, each file can also be "personalized" using company logos and/or the designation and position of the employee can be directly visible on the image.

How does the photographed person get his picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his photo as a file.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobox provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery where employees can load their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various sizes for the different target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.

Other possible uses

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

• Production of biometric passport photos and ID photos

The cost frame

The investment for the purchase of a photo box perfected in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and pays off for organizations with around 100 or more employees.
Of course, there is also the option to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is purchased directly.
