What should be achieved?

It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your staff the chance to identify themselves 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The information collected in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal / external use of the image can also be displayed.
After the photo of the employee has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photographed portrait and the internal employee data set. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the connection.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image can be output in several formats at the same time.

How does the employee get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory come into possession of the new recordings, there are three different ways for staff to receive their photos digitally.

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the various versions for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobox provides a private WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the Photo Box.
