What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at a periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional staff are not needed on site.
You give your staff the chance to identify themselves completely around the clock with their personal employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically cut to the ideal format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in various dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then subsequently becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a check box for internal / external use of the photo can also be displayed.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the saved photo and the internal employee data record via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the interface.
As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place synchronously in many sizes.

Logically, each file can also be “personalized” using the company logo and/or the employee's name and position will be visible directly on the image.

How does the employee get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose from to also receive his photo digitally.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code will appear on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can save their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the different versions for the different target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is kept directly.
