The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that no extra personnel is needed on site.
You give your teams the chance to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the best possible format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various sizes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording can also be set up.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the recorded portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place simultaneously in different dimensions.

etc. at hand.

Logically, each file can also be “personalized” with company logos and / or the name and position of the employee are directly on the picture.

How does the employee get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new photos, the employee can choose between three different ways to get his picture as a file.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original recording as well as the various sizes for the various target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.

Alternative uses

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

• Use at employee parties (summer party, Christmas party ...}
• Photos of groups of visitors, e.g. after a lecture
• Production of biometric passport photos and ID photos
• Employee photos (as explained above)

The need for investment

The price for purchasing a photo box optimized in this way starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and is worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the option to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is purchased immediately.
