The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your workforce the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their own employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adjusted to the optimal format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several formats and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the photographed photo and the in-house employee data set via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place in many sizes at the same time.

How does the photographed person get his picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his picture as a file.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is sent immediately to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his or her original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobox provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
