What should be achieved?

The field service employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your employees the option to always fully identify themselves with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the best possible format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.

The solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or more of the background settings you have specified. The head of each photo is also found, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.

The image will be saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the image is used to compare the saved image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in parallel in different dimensions.

How does the photographed person get his picture?

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the sales representative can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the sales representative can use to download his or her original recording as well as the various formats for the various target systems.
