What should be achieved?
The field service employees in your company have the option to create and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the ideal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can automatically be replaced with one or more backrounds specified by you. The head is also analyzed for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a specified position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved photo and the in-house employee data set. We would be happy to help your IT department define the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as optional add-ons.
The image output can take place in different formats at the same time.

How does the photographed person get his picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, the sales representative can choose between three different ways to receive his photo as a file.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
Alternative uses

The need for investment

Of course, there is also the possibility to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is retained.
