You give your employees the chance to identify themselves completely at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the optimal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the required actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

The photo box provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
