The use of a photo box for employee photos

The field service employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not required on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves completely at any time with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the optimal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the required actions on the display.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be displayed.

Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the image can be automatically replaced with one or various background settings you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.

   Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the sales representative can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the various target systems.
